What it entails

Therapy shaped around your story

Individual therapy is a private, weekly conversation with your therapist. Together you map the patterns behind stress, low mood, self-criticism or stuck decisions — then practice new responses between sessions until they hold.

We draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance-based work, and mindfulness, always explained in plain language and always at your pace.

What's included

  • 50-minute private session, weekly or biweekly
  • Personalized plan with clear, reviewable goals
  • Practical tools and between-session practice
  • In-person or secure video sessions
  • Progress reviews every six sessions

How it works

Three steps to begin

1

Intro conversation

A free 15-minute call to share what's on your mind and match you with the right therapist.

2

First full session

Your history, your goals, your questions — then a first draft of your personal plan.

3

Steady rhythm

Weekly or biweekly sessions with small practices in between, reviewed together as you grow.

Benefits

What clients take away

  • Clearer emotional footing — naming feelings early, before they snowball.
  • Tools for hard days — grounding, reframing, and rest practices that fit real life.
  • Kinder self-talk — loosening the grip of the inner critic, session by session.

"My counselor listened closely and never rushed me. Within a couple of months, things at home felt different."
