Couples therapy

Grow closer, together.

Structured, even-handed sessions for partners who want to reconnect, repair and communicate with care — a neutral space where both partners feel heard.

What it entails

A neutral room for two perspectives

Couples sessions are sixty minutes with both partners and one therapist. You'll unpack recurring arguments, unmet needs, and the moments where conversations derail — then rehearse kinder ways through them, live in the room.

Our therapists blend Gottman Method techniques with emotionally focused work, so you leave each session with one shared practice to try at home.

What's included

  • 60-minute couples session for both partners
  • Communication coaching and repair rituals
  • Guided conflict resolution, practiced live
  • Safe discussion space, free from blame
  • Occasional one-on-one check-ins when useful

How it works

From friction to fluency

1

Joint assessment

Your story as a couple: strengths, stress points, and the cycle you want to break.

2

Skill building

Listening drills, repair phrases, and calm-start conversations rehearsed in session.

3

New normal

Spacing sessions out as new habits hold — with a relapse plan you both trust.

Benefits

What couples take away

  • Fights that end well — repair attempts that land instead of spiral.
  • Trust, rebuilt — small kept promises that accumulate into safety.
  • A shared language — words for needs that used to come out sideways.

"Practical, kind and direct. The habits we built together are ones I use every day."
